Why Pilates?

My friend had recommended me to Blogilates, a website by Cassey Ho who has been a great inspiration to me. She has always been positive and encouraging during the workouts and has even designed workouts for beginners (POPilates) as well. This has made my pilates journey a less intimidating one, given that I was an almost sedentary person for the past few years due to my laziness and procrastination.

Since then, I have been regularly doing pilates, no matter how busy I am, I would take some time to do it because this is something that I really enjoy doing. It is not just a weight-loss programme kind of thing, but it really changes you as a person. It makes me feel happier, healthier, stronger and more confident of myself. I no longer give excuses like “I do not have time to exercise because…” but instead I look forward to each workout session to make myself become better.

So, I really suggest that you guys should find something that you are passionate about so that you can have something to look forward to everyday, commit to it, stop making excuses and make yourself become a better person, in terms of mind, soul and body.
